The remaining time is dedicated to hands-on treatment using techniques tailored to your needs. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive 5 minutes early. Most patients leave feeling noticeably better after just one session!

Sessions are available in 30, 45, 60, or 90-minute durations. For first-time patients or those with multiple areas of concern, we recommend a 60-minute session to allow for thorough assessment and treatment. Athletic massage and deep tissue work typically benefit from longer sessions, while targeted TMJ treatments can be effective in 30-45 minutes.
